As your health coach, I will help you to assess your health and lifestyle goals and assist you in reaching those goals.  Together, we will decide on action steps that are tangible and will aid you in getting there.  We will discuss bio-individuality and why one way of eating does not fit all, look at different dietary theories, and find ways to shift habits.  In addition, we will look at the role self-care plays in your life, and different ways to manage stress.  Identifying these things will make space for more energy, happiness, and overall general well-being.
